A Licensed Professional Fiduciary with the State of California, Tulin is an experienced and people-oriented professional who is dedicated to ensuring that our clients' fiduciary needs are met with the highest level of expertise and care. She is a Registered Guardian with the National Guardianship Association and a Certified California Fiduciary with the Professional Fiduciary Association of California. With her background in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, Tulin has the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate your situation.
A successful and accomplished social impact leader with a niche in building strategies and community engagement programs for social impact missions, she has successfully empowered teams serving people and their families in special education, mental health and health-related nonprofits across geographies. She has worked with senior, faith, and diverse communities in this work to ensure healthy, value-centered outcomes. Stewardship and advocacy have been strong components of Tulin’s efforts including access to care and patient’s rights all while providing the highest levels of trust and comfort.
When her own personal community needed support Tulin channeled her knowledge and provided ongoing support to ensure Trust Administration, medical care, and living arrangements were individualized and appropriate for each stage of need. Working alongside family and friends, Tulin has helped champion appropriate care, transitions, and financing to maintain compassion, love, and trust. Inspired by her experiences, Tulin is taking that 8 years of experience and focusing on helping new clients as a private professional fiduciary.
Her community volunteer interests focus on youth, education, and food insecurity. She enjoys travel, hiking, Pilates, and kayaking.
